Executive Summary
Dr. Dipak Maity completed his PhD from National University of Singapore (NUS), Singapore and M.Tech. Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur, India. He has pursued his postdoctoral research from NUS and later from the Regional Centre of Advance Technologies and Materials (RCPTM). He has joined as an assistant professor in Mechanical Engineering of Shiv Nadar University since July 2012.

His research interest lies in “Multifunctional Magnetic Nanoparticles for Biomedical Application particularly in Drug Delivery or Targeting, and Cancer Theranostics”. He has been awarded a multi-year grant of approximately 60 lakh rupees as part of the Nano Mission research programme of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India. He has published his research work in several reputable international journals like Biomaterials, Nanomedicine, Chemical Communication, Journal of Materials Chemistry, Journal of Applied Physics and several others. He has participated in many International and National Conferences and won many Awards for his high quality of research work and brilliant performance in academics.
