About the Talk
After the collapse of the bubble economy around 1990, the Japanese industry has experienced a number of reforms. Some of these have been very successful and some have failed. Why did some organizations fail? What recent institutional changes were introduced and how have did they influence governance in Japanese companies? What are the possibilities that lie ahead in the future?
