SYNERGENCE 2022: An Overview Of Bio-Diversity



On the concluding day of Synergence 2022, organized by Career Development Centre, Shiv Nadar University, Delhi-NCR, we will be joined by Mr. Rushikesh Chavan and Mr. Anup Kumar Bokassa, from The Habitats Trust, a wildlife conservation coalition of passionate individuals with the aim of securing natural habitats and their indigenous species. The Trust has a special focus on the conservation of lesser-known species and habitats of India that are threatened, but often neglected and are in urgent need of conservation attention.

Discussing the topic “An overview of biodiversity”, the team will take us through the uniqueness of Indian flora and fauna along with some of the most popular projects of the Trust including the campaigns conceived to save the pangolin and the great Indian bustard. Mr. Chavan heads the trust whereas Mr. Bokassa holds the position of Deputy Manager - Conservation.
